Which hood for Olympus M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 40-150mm 1:4.0-5.6 R

Having seen such good reviews of this lens, and being a bargain price on Amazon I couldn't resist.
The lens has arrived, and I am very pleased, however I now need a hood (moan about Olympus not providing them omitted! ).
I have a 61C JJC petal type hood (in fact most of mine are JJC) that fits my M.ZUIKO 14-150mm so tried it on the new 40-150mm and it went on no problem.
However a quick check has confused me as most places seem to be selling the 61D for the 40-150mm, which is the standard cylinder shape.
Anyway, my question is this, am I missing something? Is the petal shaped 61C not appropriate for the 40-150mm? I like the fact it doesn't make the lens look ridiculously big, as the 61E does on the M.Zuiko 75-300mm.
I wonder if anyone could advise me here as I would be very grateful.
many thanks
Marcia
