Yes, it looked a classic! *yes I remember my grandfather driving us up to Wentworth Falls (a little lower than Katoomba) in his Dodge car of an era not much later than then.

Just for interests sake (if interested) there is an historic couple of photos of the same intersect in 1901 & 1955 (as well as 2018) seen here in the FB page (Ask Roz Blue Mountains)....

It is buried deep in the EXIF of the photos taken (view in Olympus Viewer 3 for full Olympus detail as some EXIF readers may not identify certain lenses correctly, etc), but the SCP can show what...
