Re: Playing with PRO capture...

Iíve used Capture One for the past 12 years, with Photoshop Elements used very occasionally when I need to move pixels round more seriously. I use Nik Silver eFex, Viveza, Color eFex and HDR eFex...

Re: Abandoned cemetery

Churchyards, especially the unspoiled ones, are often difficult to image because theyíre such a jumble, but those are very well seen.

Wildlife Photographer of the Year

This has been on a while and I only got round to seeing it a few days ago with my daughter, but I thought it worth raising a few points. It's been on at the Natural History Museum in Sth Kensington...

Re: Zuiko 300mm PRO glitch

I always leave my lens set to the full range, but I use the focus limiter on the body whenever itís appropriate and I have time. That makes a huge difference when youíve got a contrasty background...

Re: Friend or foe for olympus?

Yeah, our Panasonic microwave is the same.

An Olympus one would have 27 customisable buttons, 6 rotary dials and a manual 3Ē thick, but you would be able to turn off the f-ing beeps :D

Yeah. I bought a pair at the show last year on the recommendation of a friend. I wear them a lot - alone in cool weather and under a pair of thicker gloves with fold-back fingertips when really cold....

Re: Photography Show 2019 - Can we manage to meet up this year

No chance IMHO, Phil. I believe I heard someone from Olympus (?Mark Thakera) say it would only work with the 150-400, 300 and 40-150 Pros.

For me the latter would be my main use case: especially...

Re: Photography Show 2019 - Can we manage to meet up this year

We saw a lot of interest, but I particularly liked this...
