I did some test today, prompted by this thread, using a Sekonic meter.

Setting the camera to the readings from the meter, was only slightly different to the settings that the centre weighted...

It was taken at God's Own Junk Yard, on one of the Olympus events with Gavin Hoey. The model is Megan Biffen from Brentwood.

Try looking down in "Cog J"

Brightness is automatically adjusted when [EVF Auto
Luminance] is set to [On]

There is also the Simulated OVF that you can try
