Go to Cog menu E1.

Set Noise Filter to Low. (I always use this setting.)

And most importantly set Noise Reduct. to Auto. (this is a feature to reduce noise with long exposures).

I’d have thought you’d perhaps be OK at 1/2500 for that sort of shot - certainly worth trying that to eke out the ISO. If it’s not sharp enough, try another click faster, then another.

Looks great at this viewing size. Are you able to attempt tracking AF and widen the Aperture? Or does the bird emerge from cover very suddenly? With respect to the reflector, you’ll be at the mercy...

Good effort. I think 1 and 3 are the best efforts in terms of the motion blur working rather than being a hindrance.
