Don't have the Olympus 25mm pancake but I am thinking of selling my Panasonic 20mm f1.7 pancake. Would you be interested? It's faster and by most accounts, a better lens.

It might offend some purist but it might be easier to just take 2 shots, one exposed for the sky and one for the ground, and combine them in Photoshop.
