You could see the concrete barrier at the bottom of the picture..that's how close I was. :p Thank goodness the wind was behind me. Else the smell :eek:

Considering the Price and weight, why not have a look at the Panasonic Lumix 100-300? The Mk1 which is not weather sealed is affordable off the used market and there is one on sale here in the forum....

We were at King Kong Hill overlooking Mt Bromo.

The shots were done with a Lumix 45-200@45mm. 4 Landscape shots were vertically stitched in Panorama Maker Pro. Saved in Tiff then edited in...

As we descended from the viewing point, We stopped at another place to have another photograph session, I saw the sea of clouds have receded and hence this panorama. Lots of trees blocking my view.....

My last night was a complete washout. They built a new lookout point but included a huge neon signboard. All my shots had an ugly green tint. [emoji30]
