I have driven from Germany into Swtzerland and seen several miles (and even more kilometres) of lorries queuing to get into Switzerland. So it is not as transparent to the user as claimed.

The only things that I really object to with the EU is the rejection of the use of GM crops. A process that as the world gets hotter and drier modiefied crops will be needed to feed the population....

Electricity is to make things work well, if keeping the kit on is required then it stays on.
The solar panels have reduced the electricity bill by one third or so. LED light bulbs have contributed...

I presume that to fit a Smart Meter they will have to switch off the electricity to the house which will then require all the clocks to be reset, the hifi to be powered down before the installation...

CF ON1 with ADobe Lightroom

Received a marketing email from ON1 recently claiming that ON1 will apply the settings made in Lightroom to the same files using their ON1 product.

Any experience of comparing ON1 with Lightroom....
