Works well with my E-M1 and will with the ii they only added an extra pin to the E-M5ii (& E-M1ii) and it works well with the E-M5ii too.

I have similar issues with my E-M1 and 75-300 using spot hi metering helps with of it but focusing was awful.

Well Ross I looked this up so you have 11 species out of over 1500 that have no sting. Though solitary bees are unlikely to sting.
