I'd be bitterly disappointed if they stopped producing bodies and lenses for the m4/3 system.

I leave image stabilisation switched on, even when I have the kit mounted on a tripod and gimbal.

The only time I switch it...

Re: Male Long-winged Conehead Bush Cricket

We visit a SSSI site in Suffolk, which is where we usually find Willow Emerald damselflies, it's also usually a great site for insects including crickets/grasshoppers.

This year we haven't spotted...

Re: Communal Dragonfly, Butterfly and Insect photo thread

That's a stunning image Peter, I'm not at all envious. ;)

Was this taken on an organised trip or did you find the areas/subject yourself?

Your Panasonic bodies like like they're doing a good...

Re: Male Long-winged Conehead Bush Cricket

Which Panasonic bodies are you using Peter?

If you moved from Olympus MFT to Panasoic MFT bodies, I'd be interested to know why you made the move.

Did you find any Owlflies this year?

Re: Beewolf with prey.

I saw one a couple of years ago Jim however, the antlion pits are clearly visible in areas around the visitor centre.

I believe the antlions are mostly nocturnal but I've been told of sightings in...

Re: Beewolf with prey.

Thanks Jim.

They're very interesting to watch, judging by the numbers we've seen returning with prey they must be very efficient hunters.

In previous years we've identified another parasitic...

Re: A few images from Bempton Cliffs.
