Great picture!
Lots of character in the face, sharp and good isolation from the background.
I would try dropping the blacks - in lightroom - or using the tone curve to increase the contrast...

Maybe the lens diameter is to large and not letting the foot enter the socket.
If so then maybe you could shim (space) the foot further away from the body if its not that much.

Yes, I like it a lot. in fact, it was one of the things that drew me to the E-M1 (with the v.4 firmware). I've written about some of the technical details on my website.

It is a difficult decision.

I feel the 12-100 at F/4 is too slow for some situations so I never purchased it. Even if I shot at F/4 (I often do) I think that the extra light gathering of F/2.8...
