The adapters just replace the space that on 4/3'rds is filled by the mirror - there is no glass involved so there is no impact on f number, DOF or image quality.

AF is a bit slower as m4/3'rds...

Prefer the colour version - to my mind the mono does odd things to the skin tone - though a different mono conversion might help.

It doesn't really demonstrate the change of size in hand writing...
