I tried changing my DNS server allocation to the ones mentioned and also to auto allocate to no avail.

Nope. I'm using a windows 7 PC with just the supplied window firewall. I'm using Firefox but tried it using Chrome but it was the same.

I think it's a fake. Someones cloned the top E5 shutter release onto it. Look at the bad bit of editing on the RHS of the shutter release.

But I could be wrong :eek::eek::eek:

My E-M1 mk1 will do this every now and again. Don't use it all that often now but not been able to figure out ant pattern.
One turn of the dial from A to P and back again clears it.

Think I'd suspect the third party adapter. Also check if the locking lug is fitting in place between the lens/adapter/body. This will cause a screen blackout if not correct.

Still get "oops something went wrong" when trying from my desktop running windows7 and trying either with Firefox or Chrome.

I tried using Chrome but it was still the same. I just get a message saying "opps something went wrong" and to try...

So it's definitely a viewfinder fault. I suspect it will be the focusing screen or the penta prism or mirror(not sure what the E600 has).
If it was the mirror misaligned I think you'd see a line...
