Re: The reality is that the e-group needs your help

The AP site breaks the visitors into two totals - bots and humans. Is that possible on this software?

Incidentally I quite often access this and other sites from my Kindle and do not bother...

Re: August Photo Challenge - Life's a Beach

I like wide subjects, and although I submitted a shot full of people it would be a great pity if the competition was narrowed down by post hoc rules that people (or anything else) are essential...

Re: Looking for some advice after applying for Sports work

I hope you are right 'cos I have kept my HG lenses hoping one day to pick up a discontinued E-M1 to use that as a second camera replacing the E5

Re: Converting old printed photos to digital format?

I do a lot of this type of work and use my E5 plus a ZD HG 50mm f2 lens, and seem to get flawless results. I use a music stand or similar to hold the subject and a tripod for the camera. It works...

Re: Discussion and Comments for Challenge 60 - Creative Autumn

A word of explanation about my entry - it is a stacked image from 15 individual frames all taken on an E5 with the ZD 50mm f2 yesterday. Being stacked no exif is attached but the individual frames...

Re: Robins

Your comments and my response to the earlier comments seem to have crossed in the post.

Re: Olympus announces M.ZUIKO DIGITAL 17mm 1:1.8 Micro Four Thirds lens

Perhaps the absence of fast zooms is a hint that the fabled mFT body that can focus FT lenses properly is not too far away - we just need that body and suddenly a whole new range of excellent zooms...

Re: A3 print size?

Try adjusting to the pixels per inch to the appropriate size for A3 and then do a small crop from an area with plenty of detail. Print the result on 6 by 4 inch paper. Then up res the result to (say...
