It would depend on personal preference weighing up the relative costs and warranty remaining. I predominately purchase new.

I have purchased mostly new UK Olympus stock and new grey from HDEW...

I've used HDEW on a few occasions and have always had excellent service.
YMMV of course.

I'd add the caveat that that's dependant on a number factors but yes if you've got ten good quality images then you should get a good result.
Alternatively select a series of 'best' frames/images...

That was strange Phill, glad it's all working OK now that you've changed the battery.

By the way you can limit the number of frames taken in a single burst in the menu, I've limited mine to 40...

Hi Phill, yes just single burst of 40 frames, electronic shutter at 60FPS. The frames were aligned and sacked in Registax.

Yes, about 40 images. Although very clear last night the Moon was relatively low in the sky so atmospheric disturbances were not ideal.

The British International helicopter service from Penzance stopped in November 2012 just after we used the service that August british-international helicopters to close penzance to isles of scilly...
