At Wells-next-the-Sea in Norfolk they have installed a floating raft for the Little Terns to nest on. It is covered with sand and shingle and has dummy Little Terns on board to encourage them to use...

I rushed out to try this as soon as I had installed the update this morning but, like you, I still couldn't get it to perform as expected. I don't understand how it is meant to work.

Some nice birds and shots there Walti. I assume the stroppy terns are Arctic Terns? Lovely portraits of the female Eider but I think the bird with the Linnet is a Reed Bunting, possibly a juvenile.

I frequently have a similar problem to yours Mark. I see a bird and place the AF target over it but when I half press the shutter button all I see in the view finder is a smudge instead of the bird....
