I've tried it on a number of images - 16 and 20 Mp m43 imagess and also from a few other cameras like the Fuji xe1 and Sony A7rii and have failed to see any difference at all.

If there is a difference, it looks very marginal to me and I wouldn't like to choose which one was "better". I had a little play with it on files from various cameras and didn't notice any worthwhile...

Paul and Ross guessed correctly, this is an iso 6400 image.

As I mentioned, the image was processed in LR, not cropped but resized to upload to the gallery.

I think this shows that the E-M1 II...
