I think that his "The bowler's Holding, the batsman's Willey" is one of the best remembered although there's some debate as to whether he actually said it.

Oh the nostalgia of it all. We lived on the route from Kings Cross Goods Yard to the abbatoir on Market Road. The cows were driven by men in brown coats who steered the cows with sticks with nails...
