The measles spots are Apothecia, which contain sacs (Asci) which contain the spores of the fungus, so this one's "in flower" as it were. It probably always is.

Martin, I shot RAW + LFS .JPG but found that the .jpg were so good I didn't bother to try...

You need the latest update for PSE9 which is 6.5.
