We use Virgin Media for the house phone, and never make premium charge phone calls.

The last bill showed an entry to a premium number at 23:37 hours for 18 minutes, for which the charge was...

Re: Forum Sill Plagued With Gateway Problems

Gosh, I never thought that there's been a lot of griping and 'tale telling' PM's to moderators going on behind the scenes!

I've been outspoken and invited brickbats in the past, but it's never...

Re: Amazon, yes, but only for members of 'Prime'

Re: Mesmerising

If you watch it at it's normal speed, it isn't so scary. It's so sedate a cyclist could keep up with it!

Re: Streaming music

High quality audio equipment is wasted on me. An example is that I've got a cheapish pair of noise cancelling headphones. The electronics create a slight hiss, but it's nothing compared to my...

Re: Five Compositions

(You're up late, Mark!)

Re: Streaming music

I paid by Paypal and when I checked my account, the sum hadn't been claimed - so I cancelled the payment.

Very many years ago I won an open photography competition at the large factory where I worked. The competition was judged by a Kodak judge. To this day I have no idea why my photo won instead of the...
