Re: Sunset in North Cornwall

Unless you are really going after birds in flight I'd go for the lens first. It's capturing fast moving things where the EM1 mk2 has the biggest advantage. I think you'll struggle to see the mega...

Re: Question

I'd say the M5 Mkii + the 40-150mm F2.8 pro. But that's just gut feel really.

Re: Red Kite - soaring high in the sun!

Interesting comment Ann1e I don't use my 40-150 all that much but when I do it's great as you said. I've been trying it with extension tubes recently for macros and although it works pretty well the...

Re: Meet the Lizard

Impressive shots Ron.
Mark I think that 300mm lens has a lot to do with the quality of those images too. Maybe that's where you should be putting the extra cash burning a hole in your pocket ;).

Re: Zuiko 50-200 recommendation

Don't forget you can also put x1.4 and 2x converters on as well. Regretted parting with mine when I went micro.

Re: Milky Way

I really like that version Dave although it does have a little bit too much background colour noise for my taste. Very impressive what you've done with Henry's jpg though.

Re: Is Olympus developing a new 150-400mm PRO Zoom?

Re: Thom Hogan slams Olympus M 4/3

Interesting Paul. If what you say would translate into say a 30Mp sensor with less noise than todays sensor then that sounds like the way to go. If it mean's even slightly more noise though then it...

Good to see you back Janet. I had one of those and regretted selling it until I replaced it with a m4/3s equivalent.
