Re: Lightroom as we know it is now Lightroom Classic CC

Affinity photo? I have it on the laptop, not played with it much because I am used to LR. Only $40. I am angered by the move to the cloud. I do not like it, it hooks the customer for life.

Re: Bird in Flight Help

Hi guys, it has been a while. I see we are still beating to death focus tracking on these cameras. I , less than a week ago, upgraded myself to the Mk2. Of course the bunnies stopped coming round,...

Re: My 'New' 130 shot E-M1

My PL5 had 100 plus, my E-M1 had 149...I think. Both from SRS, both straight out of the box...new, bought them at the store. Yours could be a return....or the tester at the factory didn't rest it. ...

Re: Grip for the E-M10

Had both, prefer the cheaper one. More to hang on to, easy access to battery, but a bit cold in winter time.

Re: E-M1 and Sony A7R comparison (warning - lots of images)

I think the picture of the tree top is a DOF issue or a missed focus issue. The top of the shed looks sharper in on crop than the other, or do I need to clean my glasses?

Good comparison though,...

Re: Olympus reveals optically stabilised m.Zuiko 300mm f/4 telephoto

I don't know, I was saying hypothetically if there is such a lens. Light gathering will be the same, DOF will be F8. I think that is still or can be very thin at 300mm. Either way the Oly will be...

Re: Olympus reveals optically stabilised m.Zuiko 300mm f/4 telephoto

Okay fair enough. But what is the price of their 600mm F4, or 300mm F4 lens with IS that is sync'd to the bodies IS giving the ability to shoot at 600mm with a shutter speed of 1/30 of a second??? ...

Re: Olympus reveals optically stabilised m.Zuiko 300mm f/4 telephoto

What do I think of the price? Well that's a chunk of change! When first announced and revealed I thought 1800-2000, maybe less. Then it was delayed, and re-engineered, and showed up with IS, and...

Re: FF lens on a crop body

That is my understanding, if the image circle covers the sensor then it is or can be considered FF. I think DM was referring to true FF from the old days.

Re: Firmware v4.0 Silent Shutter issues

I too have noticed this and will ask the Oly rep Tuesday about it. I get down to 3.3 under exposed before the apreture warning flashes in the EFV, but in Shutter priority all is fine. Plus no flash...

Ahhh that was the problem, I had it on ISO 200, but still no warning.

Re: Firmware updates - 2AM on Thursday 26th

60mm, 40-150mmPRO, and 12-40, for stacking. Not sure for bracketing, I think any m4/3 lens works.

Re: Oly 7-14 PRO, sent back.

I don't mind the weight of it, (don't own one) when I played with it at the Lincoln Photo show. One thing I did notice is that on the M5 Mk2 with the grip it is a bit of a tight fit, as in "why are...
