Re: Adobe LR - no more updates - options?

I subscribe to LR & PS, costs 9.98 per month and the updates come in regularly, so I've always got the latest versions. It's the best solution I've had for PP/cataloguing/image management and well...

Re: Lens for weddings

I looked at the Test and Wow (https://wow.olympus.eu/en_GB/choose?articlecategory=4)site but the lens doesn't seem to be available. I'll see if it's available to hire on this site but as much as I...

Re: Lens for weddings

That's true. Hadn't thought of that and I've got one

Edit: Just tried it and that lens on the E-M1 is MASSIVE! It's as big as my D810 :eek:

Re: Lens for weddings

Well, yes I've just seen the posts but I have the 12-40mm f/2.8 but it's the aperture I want for the shallow DoF. Also, I prefer to buy only the top Pro lenses. :)

Lens for weddings

Got a family wedding coming up in a few weeks and guess who's been landed the task of taking the photos

Reviewing my lenses and cameras I realised there was a bit of a gap around the 28mm...

Re: New MC 20 announced.

It had to come eventually. Would be very interested, depending on image quality. The thought of an MC20 with the 300mm/f4 is quite something (600mm (1200mm - 35mm EFL)), even though at f/8 *ohwell

Re: Using the P mode?

I have never taken a single photo in "P" mode - ever on any of my 10 digital cameras.

The most useless setting on a camera in my opinion.

Re: August Photo Challenge: Drama

Sharks are not the vicious killers that has so often been portrayed in the press blu-by-u. Many are inquisitive and like to "check out" divers, others are extremely timid and can be difficult to get...

Thank you to all for viewing and voting for my shark. We had around 20 mins with the shark, she was very inquisitive with all the divers around her. Unfortunately, we ran out of gas long before she...

Re: Panasonic to announce their first Full Frame Camera

Personally, I wouldn't want to see Olympus go FF if it meant that m4/3rds was going to take a back seat or, worse, get dropped.

The big attraction for me for the m4/3rds system is the compact...
