Re: Manual Focus Website Defunct?

There was quite a few EBC Fujinon lenses on the list that included the 600mm. IIRC the 400mm f/4.5 was also on it.

The only OM Zuiko I remember was the 55mm f/1.2 although there could have been...

Re: Manual Focus Website Defunct?

Interesting, I just read on the MFLenses forums that the EBC Fujinon 600mm f/5.6 I had was radioactive.

Re: Ended AP

One thing I have noticed recently. I usually glance at the magazine racks while waiting for SWMBO to decide between two colours of washing up liquid (quite why it takes 5 minutes is anyones guess)....

Re: Ended AP

Picked it up for the classifieds and ads in the days before the interwebbie. There was never much editorial content of interest in those days. I expect that the classifieds and ads aren't as...

Re: Long Dilemma - please help

Plus, having used a 100-400 L in the past you may need to buy three (although you can return the worst two for a refund). :D

Re: Olympus 300mm F4 Pro Lens

Let's see, in the past few months, waves breaking over rocks at sunrise, fireworks across the local Bay and mist swirling through trees.

Re: Bedfordshire report

I think what you found was their parts inventory. The stuff outside is outside to be "weathered" or distressed in antique dealer speak while the stuff inside doesn't need to be aged.

I'm guessing...

Re: Some Personal images, Out 'n About

As SWMBO doesn't eat fish I think it's a great idea, she can have any chips that haven't touched a piece of fish. :D

Re: Those old DSLRs weren't all that bad...

Interesting to see the differences and similarities in construction between the hut and an old Canadian log cabin. I don't know how well the roof of the hut would cope with a few feet of snow on it.

It's also a bird photography hot spot in the winter with a selection of wintering Finch and Owl species most winters. Plus whatever else has headed south that winter.
