Re: Good Lookin' Gum Trees
Lovely trees Mark, quite spectacular.
Yes my son travelled to the states in the next seat to Warwick on the plane. He certainly didn't need extra legroom. I saw a TV prog recently where he went out...

Re: The Moon
I tried it on my previous attempt but found it was just about better to stick with the cropped raw edit rather than the x2 jpg. It was very close though and I was surprised because in the past I've...

Re: The Moon
It did clear later so I had a quick go this was the best I could get with the 40-150 plus tc. I think you've just convinced me to go for a 100-400 rather than wait for an Oly x2 converter.

Some excellent shots guys really well done. I did get one in the end but not with a 100-400 so will post in another thread.

Re: E-M1 ii & 12-40 for £850
Looks doggy to me too hope it all goes well. The feedback looks a bit suspect too as there are many duplicate entries at differing prices often from the same person. Fingers crossed for you we are...

Re: Panasonic 100-400
Tord those are very interesting coments as you have both lenses. Especially the bokeh comments. I thought the panasonic had a slightly better bokeh rendering than the Oly 300. I was under the...

Re: Anyone have a good way to remove filter spots
Yep thanks Dave I hadn't got the section expanded and it was set to luminance not saturation, plus the spot was on heal too! haven't managed as good a clone insert as you did yet but I guess that...

Re: Panasonic 100-400
I agree Ross it does look good, nicely done Larry. I had a go last night too wth my 40-150 plus 1.4tc posted in the Communal night time photography thread. I was pleased with what I got but it just...

Re: Anyone have a good way to remove filter spots
Dave, I just had a go at your processing routine as it was in Lightroom and the easiest to have a quick go at. To be honest with my poor processing skills it was the only one I thought I understood....

Re: Lancaster
Nicely done Paul. Shame about the modern Job Centre sign although with the lone figure it does add an additional storyline.

Re: E-M5 Mark 1 plus HLD6 grip etc
Sounds like a happy ending. Don't blame you for keeping a foot in the 4/3s camp too. I've still got my old E510 and my daughter has her old E520 although neither of us use them now.

Re: Lancaster University
