Any of your lenses shoudd be useable - and any cheap flash that can be connected will be fine -also possible to buy a cheap magnifiying adapter that screws onto the end of your lens to give 2 - 10...

I suspect you'd be fine at 2000, with occasional forays higher. The only M10 I've got or ever used is converted to full-spectrum so I can't speak from experience!

About the ISO: if this is an E-M1ii, and depending on what your intended use of the images is, I'm sure you'd be OK up to at least 3200. As long as it's well exposed and carefully...
