Re: Club Photographic Competitions

Mark (Pandora) - I picked the image off Jans' website as an example. Jan has taken many pictures of the area I was 'brunged up' (from age of 5 - 22). I quite like his images taken by drone, showing a...

Yep you got the strap on cock-eyed
There is a recent thread on here somewhere that tells you how to do it.
Congratulations and welcome to the club bye the way *chr*chr

Re: Carshow

The FB Holdens were built under licence in South Africa. My father had one. It was great for going up hills, but wasn't quite so good at going around corners. They kept producing them right up...

Re: Carshow

In the UK, "Holdens" are called "Vauxhalls". In Europe, they are called "Opels", whereas in North America they are called "Chevrolets".

Re: Rhos Cefn Bryn Pano

Like Aussie Mark, I was also drawn to it by its simplicity and just sat back and enjoyed the scene. I didn't even notice the sign. But his comment about the sign reminded me of trying to decipher...

Re: Wangaratta Camera Club Photo Shoot #01/2019

Good to see you have a "youngster" in the group. Clubs in the UK are dwindling in numbers and attract very few new members and young people are a real rarity.

As it's only ever the end results...

Re: My New toy, MMF-3

Tonight I would stick to using the 12-40 Pro lens as it will perform better in the lower light being a constant F2.8 & focus faster with CD-AF. The 12-60 SWD lens, as good as it is is F4 at 60mm (I...
