Re: On a secret mission

Are you anywhere near Lytchett Matravers? I camped there in my youth when we were helping support the Dorset Steam Rally. There was a great pub near there called The Worlds End I think, wonder if...

Re: On a secret mission

As you're in the area, have you tried Hope Matravers? It's a pretty little village. Also Dancing Ledge at Langton Matravers is interesting and scenic. The Early Spider Orchids at Dancing Ledge may be...

Re: Recommend a sling strap...

I use a Sun Sniper with the same configuration you have, but often with a battery grip attached as well.

An Artisan 7.5mm F2.8. http://www.photobyrichard.com/reviewbyrichard/7artisans-7-5mm-f2-8-fisheye-lens-review/

But I...

Re: Something fishy (9mm)

Interesting post Pete, thanks. I had been intrigued by the "body cap" lens idea. I have an OM 16mm fisheye but I've never tried it on an MFT camera, perhaps I should.

I live in a terraced house...

Re: What's wrong with these pictures?

This is another one where I'd adopt a 'less is more' approach. Unless you really want the whole Church, I'd go for a vertical crop - Spire 1/3 from the left, balanced by the yew tree, 1/3 from...

Re: What's wrong with these pictures?
