But for your wife you'd have missed it, Ross, so I'm giving her the actual credit for the shot whilst acknowledging you as not such a shabby cameraman ... :D *chr

Re: Political: We're doomed, Captain Mannering...

I watched live the Brexit vote this morning. I am always impressed by the measured articulate strength of your PM, and less so by the hysterical ranting of the leader of the opposition. Whatever the...

That is an amazing photo, Mark. It almost looks like hand painted artwork.

Re: "The Dish"

That is a very nice set, Larry, and from your take it appears that you had closer access to the dish than I did in 2014. It was a shame that a storm was brewing on your way back.
With your...

Don't worry Mark, your summer will return soon enough.
Be thankful that you aren't down under here where it's hot as hell!

Re: Pure Gold...........

Mark, in my book this second take is a low key dramatic masterpiece, it resonates. The lighthouse nicely balances the composition and provides a strong point of interest.

Exceptionally clever, well timed shots there, Ross. The 40-150 on an M1 Mkii is a howler!

The half buried 'bones' of a shipwreck is an apt metaphor for the sea beyond.
