Comparison of E510 and Sony A700

This is a stupid comparison in my view as the A700 is twice the price. Article is really a review of the Sony but should interest E510 owners.

An interesting read. The E510 seems to punch above its weight really :)

I agree, comparing the Sony to the E-510 is a step in the right direction for Olympus. The E-510 is an awesome camera and provides a high feature per pound ratio - in my opinion a ratio that is far higher than other cameras. All I need now is my manual for the E-3 so I can start to get to grips with that beautiful baby!!!

This seems a very reasonable review, mind you isnt it whatyou would expect from a tie up with Minolta and Sony? I remember that Minolta were way up there with the big boys in the film models and indeed used to be in a big ie up with Leitz. To say this is only the second dslr for Sony I think they will bear watching closely no they have dipped their toes in the water>
