I saw a few photographs on the web recently which made me wonder how one found out about the RAF doing low flying training and maneuvers around the country. I did some googling and came up with this. Hope this is of use for some... :)

What's so special aboui the Isle of Mann that it's avoided..... is that because they are 'independent' - House of Keys etc?

Hmmm

That fiarly matches with those nice places to go for a quiet walk and not be disturbed by anything :rolleyes:

This reminds me of driving alongside a valley in mid-Wales when we were surprised by a jet that flew through - below the level of the road. It would have made a fantastic picture.
