As old lags will know, for several years I've been doing a documentary project about about CCTV surveillance in the UK.

I'm having an exhibition from 24 February to 27 March 2010 at the Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester, showing some of this project alongside a new stage production of George Orwell's 1984.

The exhibition has been supported by Olympus, the Arts Council and Ilford.
All the photos were taken on E-1 and E-3 cameras and if any forum members are about, I hope they'd find it interesting.

There's a website to go with it at: www.ddcc.tv

A friend sent me some newspaper cuttings from his local paper – they live in a place with virtually no crime, however there was a call for cctv cameras to be installed.
