Ladies and Gentlemen,

It has been my pleasure and privilege to run this competition.

I hope you have all enjoyed taking part, whether sending in your pictures, voting or both. I know that a lot of people have had great fun looking at the entries and choosing their favourites; a very difficult choice.

So here they are:

#1 Passing Storm by theMusicMan with 35 points

#2 Winter Shadows Ringneck with 21 points

#3 Berkshire dawn panorama by Snaarman with 18 points

Well done guys. I have taken the liberty of hand crafting some Avatars for you which you can use with pride (if you wish)

http://e-group.uk.net/gallery/data/750/SAMPLE_Triple_Medal_copy.jpg (http://e-group.uk.net/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/20948)

(I will be emailing them to you using the email address supplied at time of entry.)

I will be posting further information soon, as Iím sure you would like to know where your entry or favourite photo came.

There will also be information on how many people voted and what cameras were used for example. At the same time I hope no one contests the results, as I have been honest and fair, and so too have been the people who have voted. After all this was just for fun.

All this extra information I will post later this week giving the top three guys time to really celebrate their success.

Well done guys!

Graydon

Well I voted for two of the three so, although none of them are mine, my taste can't be all bad.

Well done to all three winners.

Wow! That was a shock. I scrolled down the first two. Yes, I say, both very worthy pictures, I voted for them myself.

Then I fell across the third one.. which I didn't vote for...

Most honoured to get third place, particularly behind those first two excellent images.

Thanks one and all *chr

WOW, thanks everyone, am grateful and flattered.

I voted for one of the top three (not mine I might add), but I have to say there are some excellent entries in the competition and I am very suprised to have been picked.

Huge thanks to Graydon for organising the challenge - it's him who deserves the medal.

Well done Graydon. What a lot of time and effort - no wonder you need to lay down! Once again, a very big thank you! :)

Thank you Graydon for all your work and for placing me amongst the illustrious! I thought I would just get a dishonorable unmention.

That pint (and perhaps a bit more) is still waiting for you if you are down this way at all.

Best wishes

Well done to everyone!

It was so difficult to choose, as has been said before.
I chose two of the winners, but tried to vary my votes with a non-landscape choice. The third is beautiful, but I had my eye on a couple of others for third place.

We're all winners to be in this company! *chr
