No doubt this will be detailed in the package containing the hired goods, but

how will you be shipping the items - ie custom boxes that can be returned

The return process - how - book courier to collect etc etc.

So sorry for not answering this sooner. We will provide a sturdy re-usable box with more than adequate packing/padding. You have the choice of collecting the item from us in person (we're in Hemel Hempstead, whcih is near J20 of the M25 or J8 of the M1), or we can send it to you by courier. We suggest, if you can't return an item in person, to ship it via Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day delivery. We allow you two days after the final day of your booked number of days to get the item back to us. If you book x days then you get x full days to use your hire item(s).
