This is another of those 'What do you.........'?

Anne and I have visited this dealer in Watford many times and we have always left feeling we have got what we wanted either by purchase or questions answered. They are supporters of the 4/3rd system and Olympus features well as the pic below shows. The prices are pretty keen too.
I made another purchase there today.

I suppose this thread is a way of saying thanks.

Barrie,

Thanks for without realising it that you have given me confidence about an Ebay seller!! SRS Microsytems selling Olympus gear always held me back from buying from them on Ebay as it seemed a bit odd. Look who has missed out from buying from a good seller then. Perhaps I should have taken your approach and visted their shop!!

Cheers

Chris

The stock held covers quite a few manufacturers and they do seem to specialise in 4/3rds systems. Plus they have many cameras/lenses in their second hand/exchange department. AIMHO.

That's where I got my E3 from!

I live about ten mins walk from them and everytime I walk into Watford I look in their window. Before Christmas I saw they had E3s in and on the way back went in 'just to have a look'. Fatal! I resisted buying one then and there and went home - but fretted all day, until I went back late afternoon and bought one. I told the manager that he knew I'd be back!

They are friendly, but you have to watch their prices. I saw that they were advertising on Ebay a Crumpler bag at 37.99, but in the shop the bag had a price tag of 42.99. If I decide to get the bag I'll go back and confront them!

Hi Jim -

I always do a search engine check on prices before visiting. They seem keen to please and are quite prepared to move on price if possible.
I'm amazed at the high stock levels - so presumably they move quite a lot.
