In case you don't know yet the firmware for the 12/60 has been updated to 1.1.

According to Oly:

- Improved focusing precision on distant subjects when using the C-AF (continuous AF) mode.


Hopefully this handles some people's focus concern with this lens.

Thanks for the heads up. Certainly sounds promising as the reports of focusing issues have been when using continuous AF and distant objects rather than single AF.

A quick tip. Check if you sufficient battery charge before updating the firmware.

If the power should fail part way though an update you may end up with a problem. It only takes a few seconds to update the firmware but to be sure check the battery has sufficient charge first.
