We had a discussion regarding sharpening techniques on the back of a photo fair thread the other day and I thought it would be good to add this link, as I found it a long time ago with regards to using Hi-Pass filtering for sharpening images, it is far less harsh and more contralable than using unsharp mask, It also has other useful articles which relate to Olympus, I hope you find it useful.

I use 'Photokit Sharpener':

It's expensive, but very, very good and also flexible in use.
