I was bought a new camera for Christmas, so I've made a small film about it...

It works now but I couldn't really see the finished product.

It did look like a proper camera though. :)

First attempt using several bits of software and a first attempt at a stop motion movie... so not a bad attempt...

However, for some reason on this link it switches off at the end, whereas using it on other hardware it stays on the last frame, which looks like this:

Hmmm interesting. What sort of specs does it have?

It must be a lot lighter than my RZ.

Well it’s 35mm “full frame” so that instantly makes it better than my OM D EM 1

It’s a fixed aperture fixed shutter speed device with a single element plastic lens - so all in all a far better piece of equipment than anything else on the market!

From the shape I thought it was MF.

It will be interesting to see some results.

Does it do colour or only B&W? :D

I think that might depend on what film I put in!

Any ISO200 apparently!

I see you had the traditional screw left over, it would be rude to say loose!

It was an afternoon and evening.... it’s 520 photos, I set out to make it a lot smoother and add in some changes of shot, but the little Lego man wouldn’t balance properly nor actually hold anything, so I made it how it is.

I intend to have another go, I learnt all sorts of things doing this, so will try something that allows me to use the figure better.
