On Wednesday I drove down to Dublin to an Olympus sponsored talk organised by Conns Cameras Dublin. Chris Booth ( Olympus) compared and introduced Andy an EX Nikon user who has converted to Olympus.
The night focused on focus stacking and focus bracketing two areas I knew little about.
A very interesting talk with practical examples on bugs and flowers.
Some Pro capture shots were also shown for BIF.
A very useful night and very welcome to see Olympus now putting on events on the island of Ireland.
Thanks to Chris and Andy for a great night well worth the 240 mile round trip!
More to come?

That's interesting. The club is just down the road from me. It was started by ex Rolls-Royce factory members at Leavesden Herts., but seem to also have 'outsiders'. I'm 'ex RR' but have never joined to club. It's very interesting that he uses Olympus now. I wonder if I go now if I'll find a lot of people following him and converted to Olympus!

Carmarthen Cameras, who I have bought several Olympus bodies and lenses from over the years, have advertised similar events in their area.
