I suppose it is getting ready for when antibiotics are no longer effective and the return of deadly diseases that today can just be cured.

Any way the authentic home movie media is 9.5mm or double 8, Super 8 was an imperfect media as the gate was not part of the camera but part of the cassette and so was not always correctly located.

Yeah - especially when the sprocket ripped all down the middle of the film!

I can remember films being shown at school on an ancient Bell and Howell projector. For some reason they always seemed to be narrated by Brian Redhead.

When the thing jammed the heat from the lamp very quickly burned a hole in the film! The lamps used to burn holes in their glass envelopes too - this was before the days of quartz halogen bulbs. :)

PS: Wally, English grammar from the good old days says that you have a misplaced apostrophe in the title!
