I'm keen to find out what you think of the image quality of the E-620.

If none of the images in the gallery fulfils your need for a particular type of IQ evaluation, let me know and I'll try to produce a sample image to your requirement.

Thanks Ian,

Nice to have a good selection to look at.

Regards

Gavin

UPDATE

Are they as shot without any PP.
Just that a couple that I have looked at in Photoshop seem to need the levels adjusting or is it me?

No image adjustments have been made to the files at all. Apart from some metadata edits (copyright, mainly) they are straight from the camera.

Hi Ian, I use my E400 for astophotography as well as the normal daytime subjects... so an example or two at ISO 1600 on B or 60 sec plus with various noise reduction on and off would be interesting... OTOH you could send me the camera to do the images for Oly:eek:

Hi Ian

I would like to see some 100iso studio portrait shots to show off its quility - this type of shooting is good for seeing tone changes and detail

Had a look at the first raw in Master 2.11 ... looks very nice...
the Vista orf codec did not pick up the thumbnail and C1 4.6 did not even see the file

Here is hoping for an affordable body price when it does come out...

Hi Ian

Not a request for a type of picture but an opinion on the focussng please,
The specs show better lowlight ability than the 520 but not as good as the 3 or 30 have you got any feel on this in use?

Cheers

Dave
