9:00PM, it's still 40C out there, the air is heavy like the breath of Hell.
Just got home from the pub where I took Tina for dinner.
Scotch Fillet with peppercorn sauce, salad and chips.
Steak so tender and sweet to melt in the mouth.
Again it was the Galaxy that took it all in.

That looks nice. *yes
While it was warm here today it will get hot by Thursday (38 here (http://www.bom.gov.au/nsw/forecasts/springwood.shtml) & 41 in Penrith (http://www.bom.gov.au/nsw/forecasts/penrith.shtml)).

Tonight I baked chicken drumsticks with soy source & diced veggies with mixed herbs, but thankfully the air conditioner kept things comfortable inside with the oven on (I thought I better do it now & not for either of the next two days).

It seems as if the difference in temps between our mountains and plains is narrowing, Ross. 12:30AM here and it's still as hot as hell outside, mate. Gave the garden a good watering around 9:00PM tonight, another hot one tomorrow. What our northern hemisphere friends don't realise is that our harsh summer heat keeps us indoors as surel as their bleak winter does. *shrug

Your dinner sounds pretty fancy, you should try your luck on MCR! :D
