Hi,

Does anybody know by chance, if the Zuiko 9-18mm is in stock somewhere in London City? I am planning a day trip there on Saturday and might pick up the lens if available.

Certainly worth giving them a ring.

There are quite a few camera shops in Tottenham Court road. If you are walking from Euston Square Station down TCRoad towards Oxford Street you will find three shops at the top end from the station.

Calumet are five minutes from Euston Station - not TCRoad. I suggest you check prices first.

I think the best prices are SRS Watford who have a huge range of Olympus. http://www.srsmicrosystems.co.uk/

I was in Calumet last week and the display of Olympus kit was very disappointing, just a few lenses, no bodies and certainly no 9-18 :(

London Camera Exchange in the Strand and Camera World in Wells Street are possibilities and usually carry a reasonable amount of stock.

Cheers,

I'd be very reluctant to spend money in any of the shops on TCR that are south of Goodge Street.

LCE Strand and Camera World are good bets - I think.

Well, I took the plunge and ordered one from Jacobs, it was delivered on Wedensday so I took it to the N.R.M.at York yesterday. I felt light on the shoulder so was an improvement over a day from the 12-60mm which weighs heavy after an hour or so on an E 3. I feel sure it will get much more use in those circumstances.

Both pictures are very nice, but out of the two the first one is my favorite.Something about the colours.
The lens looks every bit a sharp as my 7-14.

Well done.

Two very pleasing shots - the lens etc really worked well here for you.
Thanks for showing these - especially the Mallard.
