I rarely use my camera to shoot video so please excuse my ignorance, but your sound quality is amazing for what I would expect from a camera. Did you use an external mike or is that literally recorded with the camera 'as is'?

I have to echo Anne's comment Chris. The sound quality is amazingly good and that is an excellent video. I am not really a jazz fan but you can't go wrong with Booker T's 'Green Onions.' Lovely stuff.

Thank you folks -this is a band to dance to.
Sound is difficult at these events. I use a a Rode Stereo Videomic Pro on the G6 to get the room sound I then record the output from the mixing desk. It is then the jiggery-pokery of mixing them together. The rubbishy sound from the Em-1 microphones help align the 2 video streams.
