Took this one the other evening. I love sunsets but often feel that my pics don't do justice to the beauty of the actual event. So I'm trying hard to capture the feel of the scene and would love some practical tips and comments to help me.

The picture somehow looks overly saturated. I think cropping out a bit of the grass in the foreground would have a more dramatic effect on the sunset. Just my 2 pence. :D

What you really need is a bit of sunlight on that old log (or whatever it is) to help anchor the corner - oops sorry - I know the sun would never give that.

Not 100% sure of the post/reflection.

I really don't know what more you could do - other than the picture would be relatively easy to cut along the horizon and around the reed bed - so you cold treat them differently in pp, but once I'd cut them not sure what I would do.

Anyway I like it, so chances are I'd just leave well alone and enjoy it,
