Hi there everyone!

I am getting an E-PL3 for my birthday in a few days, and as it is only my second ever NEW camera, I want to look after it. To this end I have ordered a GGS glass screen protector, but I have just realised that the E-PL3 has a touch screen - will the screen protector allow the touch screen to work, or because it has an air gap between the screen and the protector will it not work?

I'd rather find out before I've stuck it on, so I was hoping that someone on the forum might have tried.

Hello Ralph,

I have an E-PL3 and it doesn't have a touch screen, so I think you may be mistaken. The E-P3 has a touch screen, the E-PL3 doesn't.

Have a great birthday!

Hi there Tractorboy!

Thanks for the info - I've not actually seen the camera yet, it's still boxed up for a few days more. I must have misread a post thinking it was refering to the E-PL3 not an E-P3. Ho hum, still it means that a protector should be fine!
