Just bought the 11-22mm lens on this forum from Nick, and am so pleased with my purchase,
BUT i've have not had the time to use it yet....any tips on how to get the best out of this lens with my E600....when I can get out early next week.

Cheers

Peter

You done good; the 11-22mm is a superb piece of glass. its autofocus is especially nice, at least with the copy I had. I only moved it on as it funded a good portion of my 12-60.

Only a couple of technical things, neither of which are due to any kind of poor quality:

Like all wideangles, be careful of its susceptibility to flare when shooting into the light.

You'll notice some pincushioning (barrel distortion) as you go nearer to the short end. But you can manipulate and/or minimise that by the amount you angle the lense up or down from the plane of your shooting horizon.

Other than that, go out and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy !
