I'll be visiting London at the end of the week, and since I go to the Big City only once in a decennium, i just wonder: Where should I go for the best and knowledgable camera and accessory deals. I'll be staying somewhere around Holland Park.

Secondly: Photo exhibitions in London. What do you recommend at the moment? Heard that there was something at the Tate Modern or similiar, but where are the most exciting exhibitions at the moment.

These are hard questions to answer! London Camera Exchange branches are good stockists of Olympus gear - have a look at http://www.lcegroup.co.uk/.

Can anyone else recommend some good exhibitions?

The Tate Modern "Street Photography" is very good if old images are to your taste. Like many exhibitions they are very thought provoking.

The National Portrate Gallery is always worth a visit

The Photographers' Gallery always has "interesting" exhibits

There's always so much on in London that you are spoilt for choice

Have Fun

Thanks for the advice.
Seems I'll have plenty to do this weekend. I will go for the Tate Modern, so my wife can watch the other things on display...
