Can anyone please recommend the best camera settings to use for JPEG and RAW - in terms of sharpness, contrast, gradation, saturation....
I've not used RAW yet because Aperture cant read the files and I've found some of the JPEG colours a bit intense.....the sharpness and noise control are as good if not better than my DSLR but the colours somehow seem less realistic.
I guess everything can be changed when I use RAW in post processing, but for now I'm stuck with JPEGs.

One of the cheapest ways to get the colours right, is to pop down to B&Q and pick up the paint charts. Photograph them under overcast mid-day light or flash and compare them to what you get from the camera.

Or you can spend a lot of money on a Colour Chart
