Good afternoon and belated happy new year to all,

I have a quick question, as I am currently using a E600 camera is there any real difference in upgrading to a E30. Having a quick look at the spec of both there are practically identical. Just a thought I am having.

Thanks in advance

The E-30 has a better viewfinder although not as good as the E-3/5. It also has the level gauge if that's important to you.

Images appear exactly the same to my eyes.
The E-30 is such a different shape and suits a lot of folk better for handling the thing and for larger lenses. Pick one up or borrow one and you'll instantly understand.
I hear it has better/faster focusing too.

We have an e-600, suits us fine.

It does, I have a E-620 and E-30 and the difference in focusing speed is noticeable, especially with a heavier long lens like the 70-300mm.
